Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide critical support to the TMR Sales and Media departments. The Sales Coordinator will report to the Director of Sales and assist in the daily support of media planning, buying and sales. In addition, the Sales Coordinator will support and assist in research, proposal development, data entry, data analysis, media planning and buying.

TMR Advertising is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to add to their growing team! This position is Monday – Friday 9a-5p and based on experience and education.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Write, develop & edit sales proposals
  • Track Value added
  • Understanding of the Strata Media Software
  • Assist in the research and resolution of order discrepancies
  • Assist in the monitoring of campaign media results, compiling results data, and updating reports on an ongoing basis
  • Remain up-to-date on Client/Competition/Agency/Industry business through trade publications, newspaper articles, e-newsletters and other sources
  • Assist in new business opportunities as needed; demographic research, company/industry research, marketplace conditions, competitive spending, etc.
  • Assist with prospect of new business
  • Assist with monthly and weekly recap reports to clients
  • Assist with monthly automotive client’s campaigns

Requirements include but are not limited to:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in Media, Marketing or Advertising (degree not required)
  • Be willing to provide critical & tactful support to the TMR Sales and Media teams, including direct support to the Director of Sales
  • Be willing to establish, if not already possessed, an excellent understanding of Strata Media Software
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Above average communication skill both verbal and written
  • Proactive, can-do attitude!

Digital Marketing & Media Manger

As a Digital Marketing and Media Manager (DMMM), will provide critical support in designing and implementing the digital marketing department at TMR. The DMMM will cultivate new business in both digital and traditional media. The DMMM will have an excellent understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms, strong communication skills, and be driven to make an impact in a rapidly growing organization.

TMR Advertising is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing & Media Manager to add to their growing team! This position is Monday – Friday 9a-5p and salary is based on experience and education.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee digital marketing department
  • Work with marketing managers to ensure media plan recommendations are delivered in accordance with marketing strategy, budget, and priorities
  • Monitor and evaluate media campaign performance, analyze digital media reports and garner actionable insights to optimize performance and conversion
  • Lead the reporting of digital media performance to marketing managers; share regular, actionable insights and recommendations to marketing management and creative teams to improve campaign performance
  • Cultivate new business for both traditional and digital media
  • Develop and distribute e-newsletters to educate and engage clients and prospective clients
  • Assist in the execution of the organization’s corporate marketing strategy including but not limited to managing agencies social media sites and brand content
  • The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Director of Sales

Requirements include but are not limited to:

  • 4+ years in digital marketing, digital management, advertising or marketing — BA in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Advertising preferred but not required
  • Must be willing to support & assist in the planning, implementation, and analysis of client media plans
  • Must display strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Above average communication skill both verbal and written
  • Proactive, can-do attitude!
